Youngest son of Fela, Seun Kuti leads his father’s final band, Egypt 80, with passionate lead vocals, fierce horn hooks and unbridled hard-hitting grooves. Monáe’s smooth soul label mate Roman GianArthur opens.
Röyksopp & Robyn

Legendary Brazilian composer, singer, guitarist and poet Caetano Veloso, who has won over 11 Grammys® plus countless other honors and awards, delights with his sunny and compelling tropicalia. Classically trained multi-instrumentalist Andrew Bird draws on troubadour folk, gypsy swing and refined rock to form delicately layered melodies and exquisite pop music. Devendra Banhart returns with his mischievous and magical musical ideas. DJ Frosty (dublab) opens the show.
Host: KCRW DJ Chris Douridas
Nearly 30 years on, Pixies still rock, now better than ever.
