Granted, the Hope house isn’t for everyone. The eight bedroom, 5.2-acre estate is listed for $23 million. But hey, that’s down from $27 million when it was first put on the market in 2013.
The 15,000-square foot main house was built in 1939. It includes a chef’s kitchen, a bar, a billiards room, his-and-her bathrooms in the master suite, a library, staff quarters and a glass-enclosed pool and spa.
There’s also an outdoor pool with a pool house and a 4,000-square-foot guest house for when friends or family drop by. And yes, the house sits on a golf course.
