Responses to the University of California’s new redesigned logo are streaming in from all corners of the Twittersphere. Here are some of the characterizations of the new collegiate crest, which is loathed by many and, if Twitter is an accurate reflection of mass opinion, loved by next to none.

This looks like any common logo, the UC really deserves better. You have to give your university, company, website a unique appearance, like I tried with my Google Sniper blog. In the UC case the old one did the job.
