Monday’s the last day to register to vote in the November 6th presidential election. And Los Angeles County registrar workers will be staffing registration tables at more than a dozen locations to encourage people to sign up.

not to register to vote. But there are a lot of folks who haven’t. In Los Angeles county alone, about 3 million eligible county residents aren’t registered.

County officials will set up registration tables at more than a dozen locations Monday afternoon and evening, to make it easier for people to register. Some locations will be open as early as 5 pm Monday and some will close as late as midnight.

Anyone who is not registered, has recently moved or changed his or her name needs to register.

People who are unsure if they are registered can check at www.lavote.net. And there, you can find operating hours for those registration locations.

The registration locations will be at:

— Florence/Firestone Branch Office, 7807 S. Compton Ave., Los Angeles;
