CicLAvia is this Sunday, October 7. There will be street closures across Downtown Los Angeles, Boyle Heights, Macarthur Park and Exposition Park.
Though the event happens from 10am until 3pm, the closures for CicLAvia will begin as early as 6am and last as late as 5pm.
CicLAvia Street Closures
- Figueroa between Exposition and 7th
- 7th between Hoover and Spring
- Spring between 7th and Ord
- Broadway between Ord and College
- W 1st between Spring and Central
- Central between 1st and 4th
- 4th between Central and Boyle
- Boyle between 4th and 1st
- E 1st between Boyle and Soto
You will be able to cross the closed streets at various locations. There will be 20 crossing points along the route. They are on the map above.
Oh and don’t forget and here are the road closures for, President Obama will be at Nokia Theater for a fundraising concert.
But wait there’s more, Saturday a big and final party to celebrate the new 12 acre, 56 million dollar Grand Park. The celebration will include entertainment including jazz music, mariachi players, dance performers and fireworks. On Sunday the party continues and Grand Park will be one of the six hubs for the CicLAvia ride.
