DUI Checkpoints for the 4th of July

Never drink and drive it just isn’t worth it!

Not too many DUI checkpoints, the police are focusing on saturation patrols.
The holiday fell in the middle of the week – checkpoints will be set up through Sunday.

A checkpoint is at the 125 and San Miguel Rd. Beware chula vistans

Today from noon to 8 p.m. there will be a drunk-driver “saturation patrol” in the LAPD’s Harbor Division area, which includes San Pedro, Wilmington and parts of Harbor Gateway.

Koreatown Tonight from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. there will be a DUI checkpoint at South Vermont Avenue and West Sixth Street in Koreatown.

Los Angeles County DUI Checkpoints

Avoid the 100 DUI Patrol (West) – El Segundo, Gardena, Hawthorne, Hermosa Beach, Inglewood, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes Estates, Redondo and Torrance
CHP DUI Patrols – South LA, Central LA, Baldwin Park, Altadena areas
LAPD DUI Patrol – Harbor Area (Harbor City, Harbor Gateway, San Pedro, Terminal Island, Wilmington)
LA Sheriffs DUI Patrol – Lynwoood

Orange County DUI Checkpoints

Placentia – undisclosed location, 6p-2a
DUI Patrols – Brea, Buena Park, Fullerton, Irvine, La Palma, Orange, Placentia, Seal Beach, Westminster as well as the Cal State Fullerton Police. Sheriff’s deputies will also be deploying extra DUI units in their contract cities.

Riverside and San Bernardino County (Inland Empire) DUI Checkpoints
