How do I Qualify for the 50% Off Traffic Ticket Amnesty Program? UPDATE!

I heard from a reader that the amnesty program is not all that it is cracked up to be.
I’ve included a section from ” Gullible in LA” ….
“Warning: You cannot just go to court thinking you are going to finally be done with it by paying 50% of the fine. The ticket in question has to be in “collection” status via GC Services Limited Partnership. But the police rank and file say that would endanger public safety. As we’ll hear it’s all about the lives and livelihoods of illegal immigrants – who aren’t allowed to get the licenses in the first place. Warren Olney
