The number of drunk driving-related deaths dropped to a record low in California in 2010, marking the largest single-year decline in DUI fatalities in the last 14 years, a new report says.

The Pet Peeve Off continues. My colleague Lisa Napoli shares hers.
“Why is everyone rushing?  Because they just don’t know how to manage their time.  And so, they speed up, endangering the safety of everyone—and not necessarily getting where they’re going any faster.
