BICYCLISTS TO RIDE NEW METRO EXPO LINE BIKE LANES AS PART OF BIKE WEEK L.A.

Six miles of new bicycle lanes -Tomorrow morning cyclists all over L.A. will participate in an Expo/Mid-City Ride  as part of the official “Bike Week L.A,”.  The ride will be on the new bike lanes that parallel the recently opened Metro Expo Line between Exposition Park and Culver City. This is the first time a group ride has been put together by public agencies  with the purpose to introduce new and seasoned bicyclists to the nearly six miles of new bicycle lanes now part of L.A.’s rapidly expanding bikeway network.

When: Wednesday, May 16, at 8 a.m. everyone meets up together congregation with an 8:30  departure.
