Saturday night was the opening of the Hammer Museum’s latest exhibit, “All of This and Nothing,” and I got dizzy in “Demon Hill,” a contribution from LA artist Julian Hoeber. We’re so excited about Arcade Fire’s two-night stint at the Shrine Auditorium that we dug up this video of them playing “Intervention” live on KCRW‘s Morning Becomes Eclectic in 2005. Win Butler’s voice is a bit more gravelly in the morning, but I like it because he sounds a bit more like Bruce Springsteen, someone Arcade Fire have shared the stage with.
