Upcoming Live Performances on MORNING BECOMES ECLECTIC with host JASON BENTLEY

Thursday, January 10,
Portland duo Helio Sequence specialize in transportive meditative pop. Each album is better than the one before and you can enjoy songs from their latest when they perform on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Friday, January 11, LA’s own Local Natives chose their local public radio station to debut songs from their highly anticipated sophomore release. This live session, recorded at Apogee Berkeley St. Studios in front of a live audience, is a sneak peek at the album “Hummingbirds”. Tune in to Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Tuesday, January 15, Calexico has always had a distinctive Southwestern influence to their music, but their latest album was inspired by a stint in New Orleans. We’ll hear the new songs live on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Thursday, January 24, Jose James is a modern jazzman and an incredibly soulful singer. He enchanted a live audience at Apogee’s Berkeley St. Studios, backed by an incredible group of musicians that made his music come alive. We’ll share this extraordinary session, and an interview hosted by Tom Schnabel, on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.
