(Love From London is an ongoing series where correspondents Alex Kenning and Izzy Lawrence introduce us to bands generating excitement across the pond.)

Kings hails from Swindon, a town close to London best known for it’s car manufacturing. And it seems Kings is in the driving seat!

Contrary to what the name may imply, Kings is a one-man production outfit. He’s actually been making beats with a hip hop influence for the last few years.

This track stood out to me when I heard it, with the dreamy vocal and some great simple, yet effective production.

Moving Forward” is available for free download and there’s a whole stack of Kings’ creations on his Soundcloud page.
