Tuesday, January 11, Latin Grammy nominee Ceci Bastida made her live radio performance debut as a solo artist here on KCRW. Known previously for her work with renowned singer Julieta Venegas, the SoCal artist has a style all her own that we will enjoy on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, January 12, Jesca Hoop‘s early demos caught our attention in 2003 and we’ve loved her ever since– her off-beat and intricate songs express her nimble style and we’re thrilled to see her return to Morning Becomes Eclectic for a performance at 11:15am.

Tuesday, January 18, An exciting morning is in store when director turned musician David Lynch joins Morning Becomes Eclectic to talk about his new endeavor in the 10 o’clock hour followed by a full session with electronic giants Underworld at 11:15am.

Wednesday, January 19, British dub reggae ensemble Zion Train have scored a number of club hits during their 20 years as a band. They were a huge influence on many other artists and we’ll experience a rare performance as they make a stop on Morning Becomes Eclectic in the 11 o’clock hour.

Monday, January 24, London trio White Lies offer brooding rock with soaring choruses that are incredibly catchy. Their music is a dark-edged nod to the 80’s and you can hear it live when they perform on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Tuesday, January 25, Cold War Kids are one of LA’s most successful indie bands in recent years and their new release “Mine is Yours” marks a departure into more personal songwriting. We’re eager to hear the new songs live on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.

Wednesday, January 26, We’ve been eagerly anticipating new music from Iron & Wine the moniker of Sam Beam, who always offers gorgeous folk songs. He’ll perform brand new songs that are sure to become favorites on Morning Becomes Eclectic at 11:15am.
