The Hammer Museum’s “Also I Like to Rock” series brought an incredible line up of great local bands to play in the courtyard throughout July and the last show of the series was particularly special. Ferraby Lionheart started things off with a short acoustic set, followed by the rollicking piano and guitar driven pop of Chasing Kings and headlined by KCRW faves Voxhaul Broadcast. It was a great night, though I was sad to see the series come to a close. A BIG thanks to Kevin Bronson at Buzzbands.la for curating the series.

KCRW has decided to cancel this Sunday’s Good Food PieFest. We are aware of the campus protests at UCLA and believe it’s in the best interest for all to cancel.
PieFest is a beloved KCRW community event. As such, we will be looking into a possible reschedule and share the details as soon as we can.
