The haunting, gospel sounds of Delta Rae have been on the KCRW airwaves for the last few weeks. The track “Bottom of the River” was enough to make me look up the North Carolina-based band. They call themselves “an Alt-Pop Americana Rock band” and have four lead singers whose harmonies are the core of their sound.
