Arcade Fire Live in LA

Written by

We’re so excited about Arcade Fire’s two-night stint at the Shrine Auditorium that we dug up this video of them playing “Intervention” live on KCRW‘s Morning Becomes Eclectic in 2005. Win Butler’s voice is a bit more gravelly in the morning, but I like it because he sounds a bit more like Bruce Springsteen, someone Arcade Fire have shared the stage with.

You can check out their full 2005 live set here.

I love each of their albums so much, it’s hard to decide what I’m looking forward to hearing most — No Cars Go (which I heard on their first EP, though they resurrected it for Neon Bible), Ready to Start, Rebellion, Wake Up, Keep The Car Running, Sprawl

Really, I’ll take any and all of them. See you there?
