Summer is upon us! Why not celebrate with a grilled cheese? (That’s how we all celebrate, right?)
For the month of July, Beer Belly is going to give 10% of the proceeds from its Beer Belly Grilled Cheeses to KCRW. This sandwich is not messing around. It’s a quad-deck sandwich (two sandwiches layered together) with four kinds of cheese (Cheddar, Gruyere, Asiago and goat cheese), Applewood bacon and maple syrup drizzled on top.
If only Elvis were still alive… He’d eat five of them and write a song about it.
