In the late ’80′s, the world put pressure on dictator Augusto Pinochet to let the Chilean people vote: should he stay or should he go? The new film “No” is the story of the referendum – and the amazing campaign that won it. It’s a tense, powerful story – and the film was shot with a vintage video camera for a real “you are there” feel. We’ll screen “No” starring Gael Garcia Bernal for KCRW Angels on the 12th – right after the membership drive – at the Arclight in Hollywood, followed by a Q&A with producer Daniel Driefuss. If you’re currently an Angel, click on the button below to reserve seats.
