This week on Good Food, Evan interviews Stephen Ritz, an educator in the South Bronx who teaches at-risk kids in the South Bronx. He discusses his passion project dubbed “The Green Bronx Machine” in his TedX Talk below. The project began with one edible wall in his class room. Ritz and his students have since built more edible walls across the northeast and produced over 25,000 pounds of produce.
