urlEddie Huang is not the typical Good Food guest. He cooks, but he’s not a chef. He owns a restaurant (Baohaus) but I’m not sure he’d define himself as a restaurateur. His popular tv show airs not on the Food Network but online at Vice Tv. And his new book totally escapes the boundaries of your typical food memoir. Titled, Fresh off the Boat, A Memoir it’s a story about race, identity and expectations as seen through the immigrant experience.
