Jonathan Gold reviews the new manifestation of Starry Kitchen. This is the third location for this unusual restaurant that has garnered a cult following. This time the restaurant is housed in Tiara Cafe – a breakfast and lunch spot in LA’s Fashion District. Jonathan recommends the Singapore chile crab, bo la lat, xo fried rice, claypot striped bass, crispy tofu balls, apple fritters and osmanthus panna cotta. Take note, if you want to order the Singapore Crab be sure to call two days in advance to reserve it.

In my opinion, it's probably because i keep on peddling my "balls in yo' mouth" sign in front of Jonathan so much that he couldn't ignore us anymore! haha (that and he has participated in most of my wilder dinners too- the Marijuana Dinner, the Beaver, Bear + Cocks Comb dinner and etc…

Hopefully we get to meet+feed ya in person. Please come say "Hi" when you do come in ^_^

Happy you're back! Went to old location before a Grand Performances event and was very bummed that you were closed.

I am loving the initial description of the entrees. I'll check you out on Google Local and post a good review after I dine there.
