Roxana shares her Pear Charlotte recipe for a simple, “no muss no fuss” Thanksgiving dessert.     Hi Evan and wonderful KCRW foody team, I just moved from Sydney to Nice in South of France & I have never had a cold Christmas before. There are so many beautiful pears around at this time of year & I have been hunting around for something exciting but easyish to do with them. This dessert looks fab! I'll give it a go and hopefully my wacky French oven will do the trick.
