Where's the recipe for the peach salad? I listened to the podcast, came home to search for it, but it's not here. What gives? Can you please post it?

I was talking with my mom and sister about the dumplings at the restaurant next to the Luscious dumplings in San Gabrielle. The comparison of the dough the the new place has is opposite to what we prefer. We would like the dough to be lighter instead of more doughy where you can have just a little bit of the starch and more flavor from the meat inside. I guess everyone in different. Thank you for the update. We love dumpling soups and pot stickers. Would you have a good recipe for them?.
