This week on Good Food, Jonathan Gold visits 800 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria – the latest venture from Adam Fleischman of Umami Burger fame. He describes it as the “Chipotle-ization” of pizza. You pick your protein and pick your vegetable and then the pizza is cooked in the same amount of time it takes to make a Chipotle burrito.
