Good Food listener Kevin Austin, along with his partner James Bailey, have an Oscar tradition. Each year he creates an elaborate Oscar themed menu based on the films in that year’s awards show. champagne with a splash of Absinthe, the Green Fairy of Parisian artists and writers.
