Tender Greens is hosting monthly whole-animal roasts at their West Hollywood location. Eddie Lin went to their last goat roast (you can hear that this week on Good Food). Chef Eric Hulme used a Cuban-style La Caja China, to roast the animal. Whole pigs, pork shoulders, briskets, ribs, turkeys, salmon, you name it, it’s great in La Caja China!
