The most hardcore street food I know. Offal and Pig Fat. Shaved off in little pieces, put in a cone of paper and sprinkled with salt and lemon. Italian Sushi.
In Napolitan slang – it's called "Per e Muss" – mouth and feet…
These days the food is mostly popular amongst the older generation …. I do understand why! LOL
