    I have always wanted to know how Mexican bakers create the sugar pattern on the top of the Conchas. Is it done before or after baking?

    I was able to meet Ricardo at the event at Saint Cecilia Cathedral in Los Angeles.
    I search the bakery until now.
    I am looking forward to visit one of the three locations.
