Jonathan Gold’s Weekly Restaurant Recommendation Sun Ha Jang

4 March 2011 1,092 views No Comment

Jonathan Gold is the Pulitzer Prize-winning food writer for the LA Weekly. This week, he reviews Sun Ha Jang, a restaurant in Koreatown. While they do have beef on the menu, the restaurant is known for its duck. Jonathan recommends the sliced duck and the roast duck, both cooked by the diner on a tabletop grill.  The duck is cooked at the table and is served with fried rice.  He suggests that you avoid the spicy duck. Hear Jonathan on Good Food tomorrow at 11 am.
