We’ve got a special treat on Good Food this week – a trip to the Saturday farmers market in Irvine, CA. I went down there last Saturday with Delilah Snell, whom you’ve heard on Good Food before talking about canning (she’s a master food preserver). Delilah interviewed a few vendors, which you’ll hear on Saturday’s show. I took some photos (keep reading for the full gallery). I saw many of the same vendors that I see up here in LA, like Lily’s Eggs and Ha’s Apple Farm. The vast amount of prepared food makes is more similar to the Sunday, Hollywood farmers market, than the Wednesday Santa Monica market.
