… on my lobster roll, that is. A few weeks ago I wrote about what I think is the best lobster roll; it’s in Branford, Connecticut. Well, this week, check out Sam Kim’s piece in LAist about lobster rolls here in California. How do you like your lobster roll?











I like my lobster roll light on the mayo (but with mayo) and with a lemon wedge on the side. Because, for me, there's never enough lemon. Toasted buttered hot dog bun and I'm a happy girl.
