example: the bakery outlet i frequent in South Pasadena has almost ALL whole wheat high fiber healthy choices – I stopped at a similar outlet on Slauson in South Central Los Angeles….not ONE wholewheat choice, all white bread and cakes, ALL empty calories. Why? Who made that choice? The manager of the outlet based on what the customers are requesting? Planned discrimination? I made a beeline out.
