This week on Good Food, I asked Cliff Wright and Martha Schulman of Venice Cooking School to help with some lister questions.  We didn’t have time to air all of the great questions we got so I thought I’d post some on the blog.  This one comes from a listener named Jane.  She asked about how long it takes to caramelize onions.  Have a listen:
