My new Vitamix blender arrived and led to a weekend of much mixing..
First, a drink (of course) made from a peeled Cara Cara Orange, a whole peeled Lime, a couple of tablespoons of coconut milk, ice and rum.
This was followed by a need for nutrition. A soup of canned corn, coconut milk, fish sauce and sriracha….
Next morning, a Dutch Baby
