5 Mario Cotto Moments at Coachella 2011

Hello. I’m going to try to sum up Cottochella 2011 in a few brief paragraphs. This is not easy as the weekend is (by design) loaded up like a chain restaurant baked potato. To boot, given the factors of desert sun, wind, sleep deprivation, extreme dehydration, and varying levels of lucidity given a variety of other factors, Cottochella’s memory is spotty, at best. 5 Movies that take place around Christmas, but aren’t about Christmas… they’re about GUNS!

As a kid… long before I ever visited L.A., I always thought that Christmas in L.A. must be awesome! Awesome, because the sun still shines super brightly and people wrap lights around their palm trees (which looks pretty funny.) And awesome because that’s when cops in L.A. get insanely heroic. In fact, around the holidays… it seems that since time immemorial “good guys” all around the world,  get put into really difficult situations that would typically shatter ordinary dudes, but somehow “good guys” make it through. It could be the Spirit of Christmas… but I think that it’s actually about how many GUNS you have at Christmas. This list will give you a rundown of how many guns you should have, how to use them, and how to handle dire situations with really bad dudes. (more…)

I love women. My mom is a woman. Also, all my exes have been women. Women do amazing things like grow babies inside them, and they mostly smell nice, and multi-task, and feel emotions very very well. Women are magical creatures. Except when they are throwing objects at my face or are yelling at me. I don’t like that so much. I do however LOVE when women sing to me…or at least in my general direction. Or when I hear them at shows or on the internets.
