5 Exercises for Sitting in Holiday Traffic

image

By KCRW Traffic Queen and Shortcuts Author, Kajon Cermak

There is so much more to do in a car whilst sitting in traffic. More than drumming your fingers on the steering wheel while simultaneously heaving BIG siiiiighs, eyeballs rolling out of your head every time you check the clock – so much more than hitting every button on your spacecraft’s instrumentation panel. I would suggest an audio book or that self-help course CD that you just got in the mail but wait a minute – that would mean you are not listening to KCRW. No, no, no, that won’t do.
